Diplomatic and Academic Support at the Almaty Minab Photo Exhibition
On April 24, 2026, the pursuit of remembrance reached Central Asia. To mark the 40th day of the martyrdom of the students at the Shajareh Tayebeh school, a formal Almaty Minab photo exhibition was hosted at the Consulate General of Islamic Republic of Iran in Kazakhstan. This event brought a highly dignified, formal level of recognition to the tragedy.
A Gathering of Minds and Hearts
The Almaty Minab photo exhibition was attended by several prominent political figures, resident Consuls General, and a large group of university professors and students. By viewing the stark visual documentation, attendees were forced to confront the grim realities of modern warfare on educational sanctuaries. The Kazakhstan 40th day memorial provided a space for intellectual and emotional reflection on the absolute necessity of protecting innocence.
Displaying the faces of the children and the artifacts pulled from the rubble in a diplomatic setting ensures that policy-makers cannot look away. It acts as a powerful continuation of the visual witnessing we champion.
Preserving the Visual Truth
We are grateful for the hosting of the Almaty Minab photo exhibition, which proves the historical record is being meticulously preserved on an international level. We urge our advocates to continue sharing these images, ensuring that the visual truth of this tragedy reaches every corner of the globe.
